Happy new year. I guess I was a bit late with that? But I wanted to write a new message. I wanted to say that I really dislike it when people make a public statement about their babies, or who they love. It's really annoying and they are the only ones that actually truly care. Now that I've said that, I'd also like to become a hypocrite (not that it's terribly unusual) and say to Nicole: I love you, you mean the world to me, and you bring me happiness that this website does not reflect! There, I said it on my website. Why? Well I'm bored, but hell, why not? This is my personal website. She has really altered my outlook on life and the way I feel. And most of all, no one reads this so I'm safe anyway, right? Right?!? Not that I plan on this changing the music I want to do, but I wonder if it will ever happen. Nevertheless, I still love my angsty music.
Did I mention I love you Nicole? And yet somehow, this is far less satisfying than telling her in person anyway.

I'm in Japan. No music done for a while, it is definitely going to take my concentration here. These things happen. I love my domain and hosting so I'm keeping it kicking around for personal reasons. If you look up "robininjapan" on either LiveJournal or Flickr you will find my exchange thing, but I don't plan on those being used for funny comments, just a warning. I'm keeping it strictly innocent. Over and out for a bit!

Time's going way too fast. Guess I'll be even slower with this webpage for at least the next year; I'm going to Japan to study for a year. I plan to take equipment with me though, so I may get stuff done in a way I cannot here... But why do I doubt it. Anyway, I thought it was time for an update. Consider yourself updated. Now if I could just get over this mood issue...

Happy new year. Hahaha I am such a joker. Two months late? Who cares? My tracks are a year late! I have actually started minor work on them, but now I'm back at university. Who knows whether or not I'll ever stop being lazy...

And it ends... And a high distinction I did get in Japanese as well, barely. I am quite thankful for it. Unfortunately last semester's amazing three HD and one D won't occur this semester. I might manage one or two D but more likely I will have one HD, one D, and either two C or one C and one P. And you care why? You don't!
So where has the motivation for music I've had most of this semester gone to? Well I'm still looking for it, and it's the perfect excuse to avoid taking responsibility for the fact I haven't started work on the music yet! But I plan to very soon... God only knows when they will be done though, and I am no god, thank god. That sentence was god-awful. Oh god, there I go again. I godda do something about that.
Right. You should forget I wrote that. Forget about public, you wouldn't even want to be seen in private with that. By yourself, even.

The end of this university semester is drawing near... I am hoping, praying, willing, crying for something to happen with my music. I am not dead, and I still have plans. God willing that they blossom like a virgin unto her lover. You should probably ignore that last sentence.

And so I have a domain name and new hosting now, happily. Ausgamers was great for the most part (faster for me than my current hosting, too, probably because it's located in the same city) but it was only 10mb and my site didn't really have a point being there.
That said, I'm hoping the domain and hosting will give me motivation to get some work done, but I won't hold my breath or I'll likely die. Work does continue, but as said at the top of the page it is indeed slow. A new university semester has started so I'll see how it goes, but at least I will have more than two months after this semester to get something done.
One final note: I'm planning on splitting this page between Taore and druid (whether on different pages or seperated on the same page I do not yet know), and until then and possibly after as well, this site may become a personal site which I may or may not use to say various things. I'm saying this will be a music site, but in the time it takes to get it done properly, it might be something else for a while.

Work on music is so very slow. University really has eaten up my life, and I didn't realise to what extent it does this. I have recorded vocals for three tracks, most likely only two of which will be released for now, but I don't know when. If I get my act together, I'll get up a different webpage than this anyway, this will just forward to it.
I'd like to just say that it's really frustrating having so many good ideas (subjectively good, of course) and not being able to do anything with them. My audio software is starting to feel like a stranger to me. Well, I'll try to update this page in another half a year, hahaha.

First of all, let me state that this page is a transitionary page not intended to last forever. I have no idea how long it will take, but this page will eventually be replaced with a new one or a link to a new one. It was getting ridiculous, and on the rare occasion I loaded it up it pained me to see how messed up it was on a resolution that was non-standard. I have now edited it suitably to be a simplistic link to my music sites which have also been inactive for far too long. It should also load much faster, hahaha. Work continues on my music, I assure you. All relevant links are on the left.
What about the content previously on the site? It's still here. If you want to visit them (it's all old so I can't imagine why), the links are:

As before, you can email me using the link on the left. I have had weird problems with it however, so I cannot guarantee it will get through, although I hope it does; the idea of missing email is not pleasant to me. My music sites have methods to message me as well if you need it.
